XD Thermal produce battery cases with high strength 6 series aluminum alloy. Thanks to multiple welding techniques which mastered by XD Thermal, the battery case can be processed flexibly by CMT, FDS and FSW.
Battery case, or also called battery housing is a total envelop for battery pack. It contains all internal parts, including cells, pipelines, cooling plates, wires & connectors and others. Battery case is mechanically strong to shield external shocks and vibrations, and also reach up to protection of IP67. Thus battery cells inside could operate in a safeguarded environment.

Battery case can be divided into top cover, lower case, cooling parts, and under cover. All the mentioned components above can be produced by XD Thermal in-house.
